Digital Vehicle Condition Report

Our technicians will perform a thorough inspection of your vehicle, and document everything on a digital inspection form. You will receive a link to the report via text message. The report includes descriptions, recommendations, and pictures so that you can see everything we see.

This will include a brief test drive, and inspection of systems and components visible from under the hood for wear, damage or leaks, as well as testing the coolant and brake fluid with a test strip. The technician will then raise the vehicle on the hoist to check for leaks from the engine and drivetrain, inspect the steering and suspension, brakes, shafts, boots & joints, exhaust, and tires. We also check for any services recommended by the manufacture and safety recalls.

You will also receive an estimate of any issues found so that you can plan to address them in the future. The process typically takes between 1 to 3 hours depending on the condition and type of vehicle. As with all our services, free loaner cars available so you can go about your day while we care for your car. Just be sure mention it when scheduling.

Synthetic Oil Change Service
with Advanced Formula MOA

What’s special about our oil change service, is that its more than just oil and filter. First, we use high quality oil filter, many times its an OEM filter meaning its the exact same thing your car came with from the factory. In addition, we don’t just use any bulk oil. We ensure that the oil used is approved for the manufacturer specification for your vehicle’s engine.  When the old filter is removed, we inspect filter pleats for any excessive debris, particles, or pieces metal. We also fill the washer fluid with Rain-X 2-in-1 Freeze Protection and Bug Remover.

MOA stands for Motor Oil Additive. BG Advanced Formula MOA® is an engine oil fortifier that prevents engine oil degradation and thickening under even the most severe stop-and-go, high temperature driving. Ensures reliability of critical engine components. Prevents excessive oil consumption, and extends engine life. It keeps piston rings from sticking, stabilizes oil viscosity, prevents increased exhaust emissions, reduces wear, prevents sludge and varnish, and is resistant to evaporative oil loss. 

Engine Air Filter

The engine air filter keeps contaminants out while providing the air it needs to run. Keeping this filter clean gives you optimal engine health, performance, and efficiency. Using a filter equivlent to the factory filter also protects electronic components such as the mass air flow sensor.

Cabin Air Filter

The cabin air filter keeps the air inside the car free of dust and pollen so you and your passengers can breathe easy. It also keeps dust and debris from collecting on the A/C evaporator and heater core. Replacing the cabin air filter regularly helps the inside of your car stay clean, and helps keep your heat and air conditioning running efficiently.

Wheel Alignment Check

Wheel alignment should be checked periodically, especially after hitting a curb or pothole or when installing new tires, to ensure that your wheels are correctly positioned correctly relative to each other and to the road. vehicle is safe and performing optimally on the road.  An incorrect wheel alignment can cause a vehicle to pull to one side or the other, make it difficult to steer, and cause tires to wear unevenly or rapidly. A proper wheel alignment can improve the handling and stability of the vehicle, reduce tire wear, and increase fuel efficiency.

When the alignment is checked, the technician will also check the condition of steering/suspension components, and adjustment hardware so that if additional time, parts, or hardware will be needed to perform alignment adjustment, we can contact you with an accurate estimate. 

HVAC Sanitizer & Deodorizer Service

Moisture from the A/C system can lead to growth of mold spores and fungi causing smelly air to be blown into the vehicle. Ventilation cleaner & deorderizer service kills mold, mildew, fungi, and other odor-causing organisms, and keeps the vehicle interior smelling fresh and clean.

Fuel System Cleaner

Fuel system cleaner refreshes the entire fuel system, including fuel injectors, fuel filters, and combustion chambers, and prevents corrosive deposits on the fuel sending unit. Because it provides removal of minor upper engine deposits, it prevents problems such as engine surge, misfire, stumble, hesitation and power loss. 

In same cases, it can restore power output, engine performance, reduce engine knock or run-on tendencies, improve combustion performance, remove accumulated deposits from oxygen sensors, and even clean catalytic converters.

Air Intake, Valve & Combustion
Chamber Cleaning Service

This service is especially important on GDI engines (Gasoline Direct Injection), which includes about 75% all modern vehicles. GDI engines are prone to carbon build up, particularly on the intake valves. Overtime, the buildup can lead to a loss of power, rough idle, hesitation, misfires, a drop in fuel economy and other problems.

This service removes the deposits and prevents buildup by slowly injecting a chemical cleaner directly into the intake while maintaining a certain engine RPM. The whole process takes about an hour to complete.

If the buildup becomes too significant this chemical cleaning will not work, and the deposits will need to be physically removed. That would involve disassembling a portion of the engine to clean the deposits and resolve performance issues. We have seen these issues on vehicles with as low as 35,000 miles. That is why we highly recommend Air Intake, Valve & Combustion Chamber Cleaning Service as a part of annual maintenance.   

Engine Performance Restoration

BG EPR® (Engine Performance Restoration) cleans micro passageways to maintain the function of critical oil-driven components such as valve train actuators and turbochargers. It also softens and dissolves deposits from piston rings, improving compression and reduces oil loss through blow-by. It helps to maintain fuel economy, power and reduce emissions.
