Our customers  enjoy added peace of mind knowing they have a Nationwide Warranty, and that it is provided to them at no additional cost. No matter where they travel in North America, they are covered, just for having work performed at our shop.

As a Confidence Plus® Certified Auto Service Shop, our services are backed by a 36 Month/36,000 Mile, Nationwide warranty and include complimentary roadside Assistance for 12 months following your service. Confidence Plus® is a Network of independently owned auto repair shops, who have joined forces to provide our customers with nationwide coverage. This allows you to choose your favorite family owned shop like us, and still have that extra peace of mind when you’re on the road.

The Confidence Plus® 36/36 Nationwide North American Warranty is included with your repairs, and covers qualifying warranty repairs for 36 months or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first). When a customer is unable to safely return to our shop, they can go to any other shop in the Confidence Plus® Network.

We are confident in the work we do to repair your vehicle, but peace of mind comes in many forms, and it shouldn’t end when you leave the repair center.

Roadside assistance is designed to keep your car running and your family safe by covering the most common roadside emergencies. With a comprehensive five-point service package, you’ll feel comfortable knowing there is a network of professionals ready to respond when you need it most.

The SafeRoute Roadside Assistance program is designed to assure you that you’ll never find yourself stranded without assistance.

36 Months of Protection for You New Tires.

If a qualifying tire purchased from Volks Auto is damaged by a covered road hazard such as a nail, screw, pothole, or glass, we’ll help get you back on the road.

Coverage includes:

• 100% coverage during the first 12 months
• 50% coverage during months 13–24
• 25% coverage during months 25–36
• Up to $400 per tire
• Up to $50 for a covered tire repair
• $0 deductible
• Coverage ends at 36 months or 4/32″ tread, whichever comes first

Traveling? You’re Covered.

You don’t have to find a participating shop.

If you’re outside the Volks Auto service area, you may use any licensed tire service facility. Contact Volks Auto before replacement whenever reasonably possible. If an emergency occurs after hours and immediate service is necessary, get yourself and your vehicle somewhere safe, have the tire repaired or replaced, and contact us within 2 business days.

Keep your damaged tire and all receipts until your claim is approved.
