Our customers  enjoy added peace of mind knowing they have a Nationwide Warranty, and that it is provided to them at no additional cost. No matter where they travel in North America, they are covered, just for having work performed at our shop.

As a TechNet Professional Auto Service Shop, our services are backed by a 36 Month/36,000 Mile, Nationwide warranty and include complimentary roadside Assistance for 12 months following your service. The warranty covers parts, labor and supplies, with some exclusions. Full details are provided below or at https://www.technetprofessional.com/.

TechNet Professionals is a Network of independently owned auto repair shops, who have joined forces to provide our customers with nationwide coverage. This allows you to choose your favorite family owned shop like us, and still have that extra peace of mind when you’re on the road.

The TechNet 36/36 Nationwide Consumer Protection Program is included with your repairs, and covers qualifying warranty repairs for 36 months or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first). When a customer is unable to safely return to our shop, they can go to any other shop in the TechNet Network.

This Warranty is conditioned on the vehicle being subjected only to normal use and receiving reasonable and necessary maintenance during the Warranty Period. Warranty repair costs shall in no case exceed the costs of the original repair or service. If there is a defect in either materials or workmanship within the Warranty Period, the Facility has the option to either perform remedial service work at no charge to you, replace the defective warranted part(s) without charge to you, or refund to you the entire charge for the warranted repairs, minus any previous refunds or credits.

This Warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

WHAT YOU MUST DO TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE: You must keep a copy of the original repair invoice and present it when seeking service under this Warranty. If there are no participating Facility locations in your area, you may take your vehicle to a non-participating service facility in your area. If the non-participating service facility will not accept payment from the Warranty Administrator, you must pay for the Warranty service and submit your original repair invoice and subsequent Warranty repair invoice to the Warranty Administrator for reimbursement.
